What's the correct placement of them? I've put them where the diagram showed and still sick. 😷😢

They didn't work for me no matter how I places them. One time I was at the mall and started feeling extremely faint. I was going to drop. I realized the bands were messing with my circulation because as soon as I removed them I started feeling so much better.

Move them up about a finger width, that's a bit low. But unfortunately they don't work for everyone :/ they helped me but only towards the end of my MS (the ball should be pushing about Where the dot is on my wrist)
