weird diaper rash

So I picked my 2 year old daughter up from daycare and it appears as though she has 3 white pimples around around her diaper area. They didn't say anything to me about it and I'm wondering if it's normal?

She's had a rash before but never with pimples. Her pediatrician isn't there until Monday obviously.. should I take her to the er? I've never experienced anything like this and obviously they didn't seem concerned.

Any ideas what it could be? She has no fever and is acting normal. No rash other than 3 white pimples.
