Cramps after ovulation?

Do any other women on here experience cramps a few days after ovulation? I'm 4dpo and ever since 2dpo I have been feeling mild cramps. There's no spotting but I usually don't cramp after ovulation! Could this be a good sign? Or something bad? Tia!
