I have resorted to keeping him naked in just a diaper because evrytime I put clothes on him he automatically pisses everywhere and overflows his diaper. He pees all over my bed, the floor and me! Help!!!!

Thank you everyone! I did a combo of all these and it has gotten much better! I resorted to going up a size to size 1, pointing his pee nee down, and making sure the diaper is snug!

Only change him on a changing table. Many think it's not a necessity,  until u run into the types of issues.  It is a necessity,  so ur beds, matress,  floors etc stay dry and clean,  while ur back is not in pain from bending over a bed, a couch or the floor 15 times a day.
Make sure ur using the proper size. 
Make sure penis is pointing down.
Make sure diaper is tight enough and the elastic bands are on the INSIDE of the diper, covering the leg area nice and snug

He might need a bigger size. Not all newborns wear newborn size right away xoxo anytime my son pees outside of his diaper I up his size and it helps. Ooorrr you're not pulling the tabs tight enough around him. The nurse in the NICU taught us to keeps the tabs tight so he wouldn't pee. Try tight tabs first, then if that doesn't work up the size.

My son was like that and I had to go up a size my mom was shocked I was putting size 1 on him when he was only 2 weeks but new born wouldn't hold his pee or poop
