We've been ttc for 2 yrs. 1st yr was only for 3 cycles then we stopped took femara that time. 2nd yr tried clomid on 3 cycles then menogon injections and trigger shot. Im 32 and have pcos. I had hsg last july and got one blocked tube but dr. said i can still get pregnant with 1 tube. I am taking glucophage for 2 yrs now because my insulin is high. 1st yr 1500 mg then 2nd yr lowered to 500mg and last month i test again still high 11 shud be below 7, so dr. increased it to 2000mg per day until i got pregnant. Got vit d and different supplements to get pregnant. I already have like 5 cycles of menogon injection but not consecutively. Last month i had it on d3-d10 menogon 75iu x 2. D11 had like 2 mature follicles size 18.5 and 21 and few smaller ones. Was given same day ovitrelle trigger shot. I dont feel any pain before trigger shot although dr. Always ask if i have pain. 1 or days after ovitrelle then i got some pain on my lower abdomen. And sometimes on side not sure if thats a sign of ovulation. Had contact day before shot, same day and the nxt day. Took duphaston on d14 twice a day for 10 days. Then right after last day of duphaston we had contact and i got my period same time. I dont know if making contact triggered my period to come early coz whenever i got my ovitrelle shot dr. always say that im doing good this cycle and that my lining is good so we think this is the month. But i feel like the shot makes my period comes early too. From 28 days to shorter like 23 or 24 days. Though im taking duphaston everytime. Anyone got bfp on menogon shots? Dr. said i really should make my insulin below 7 as it will really get me pregnany even without medications. Told me to be on diet with low carbs. Anyone got bfp with high insulin and pcos?
