Guys I'm scared

So I've been having crazy intense pain right above my pelvis. It kinda feels like I'm getting a shot and I can feel the medicine moving through my veins except it's so much more painful. When it happens I can't move or breathe. It's not cramps. I can't be pregnant because I haven't had sex with a guy since June 21st and I've been getting my period regularly. I'm going to the gyno on Tuesday but I can't stop my mind!  Any ideas???
