so um i cant decide which one to get ... im confused and read horrible things about ALL BIRTH CONTROL 😕  im 22 , have heavy periods and major painful cramps... acne, sore breasts, 😔so what would be a good one for me ?

I don't really recommend birth control because they are so horrible for you in the long run but I was on ortho tri cyclen & they regulated me & helped with everything as far as the cramping, acne, pms & flow.
