what might this rise be?

Hey guys, I have PCOS but I have started to see an acupuncturist to help with my ovulation patterns and this month I actually O'd for the first time on my own on time without clomid. The temp chart this month has been the most normal it's ever been. We confirmed ovulation happened somewhere around day 15 with the temp chart as well as an opk. Now this morning I had a HUGE temp spike. Could I possibly be pregnant? I started having some light cramping. That happened last time I was pregnant in NOV but it ended in miscarriage.
