help my stomach feels so gross
I don't no if I have the stomach bug or food poisoning! I ate Mcdonalds last night and it was awful. My son had hair in his food, my dad did as well, mine seemed okay. By about 1am I woke up with volmit in my mouth! Then I (TMI) started pooping. Now I do NOT have diarrhea, or not yet, but I have had 3 bowel movements. I tried to eat this morning and soon as I did I had to use the bathroom. I just now ate a few bites of jello and my stomach is gurgling! I've drank Gatorade to replace what I've lost. I'm 37.4 weeks pregnant. Other then that I feel fine, no fever, nothing that indicates sickness! What is going on? Anyone ever did this?! My OB said it really could be either or Labor trying to present itself. I was just wondering if anyone has been there before!?
