I think average time to conceive is something like ten months, and keep in mind that means that for everyone who gets pregnant on their first try there is someone who takes much longer than ten months.

If y'all are 19 now then she should have plenty of fertile years ahead of her. Don't worry that you only have a month or two to make it happen, just enjoy each month as you try. Give it a year, and if it still hasn't happened then get yourselves tested by a doctor to make sure that there's nothing that requires treatment.

But the key is relax. You guys are young. You have time.
