Sugar
I tried to cut sugar. All but a few grams from my diet. Because too much isn't good for you. I'm a health food freak. Well, my anxiety has went through the roof lately. I looked up how to boost serotonin, the happiness chemical/hormone. Well, sugar popped up as a way to help produce it. Along with other things such as exercise, reduce stress, etc. So, if I have ever proved myself wrong about eating habits. Guess this was the time. (Even though I'm still going to continue to watch my health) I have felt pretty good these passed couple days, I have also been praying that God help me. Maybe this post will help someone who also has anxiety issues.
