okay i'm so confused. i haven't gotten mine in a month and not yet this month. i went to my doctor. she said to wait. i have never had sex. i'm so confused. please help

If you dont mind me asking, How old are you? I only ask because when your body is young, it takes a really long time to become regular. When I first got my period I didn't get another until a year later and then it would skip months here and there. I started my period when I was 11 and didn't become regular until I got on birth control pills when I was 16.
If you aren't sexually active there's nothing to worry about. Just let your body do its thing

If you've never done anything sexual you don't have much to worry about. My period was very irregular for the first few years. I started at 14 but it went away for over half a year and then came back. Stress can play a huge factor in your period as can your diet. Be sure to relax and eat plenty of healthy foods.

Periods can be irregular because of many factors like stress or eating habits or antibiotics. Mine was late for 10 days for no apparent reason 🙄
