After trying for a year with very irregular periods, I decided it was time to see a doctor. She ran all kinds of tests but her diagnosis was just "irregular periods". So she prescribed Femara to help me ovulate when I finally started a period on days 3-7 of my cycle and told me to have sex every day from day cycle day 10-14, then I had a vaginal ultrasound to see if the Femara was helping and the US tech found that I had one mature follicle that was going to release an egg in the next couple of days, and another follicle that wasn't quite mature enough yet so to just have sex every other day for the next two weeks and see what happens. Hubby and I were over excited and had sex every day for two weeks 🙈 tested on cycle day 28 and got my BFP ☺️ Currently 6w3d!

I tried for almost 6 months and was having awful pain which led to an Endo diagnosis. I was afraid of surgery and tried 4 rounds of Clomid. I had surgery in November. The doctor gave me Femara right after and my first cycle after surgery I found out I was pregnant a year after we started trying. I'll be 9 weeks on Tuesday!

No meds but after two years of trying my doc asked my husband and I to have sex every other day for a month before starting any kinds of meds. Went for our next appointment and bam pregnant. We were completely shocked. Excited!! And now so ready I'm 37 weeks 2 days now. Good luck

I was supposed to try clomid but chickened out. Instead they put me on one baby aspirin a day and progesterone from 4 dpo. It did the trick! After many losses and complications this was our miracle. Stopped baby aspirin at 10 weeks and stopped progesterone at 12 weeks. Now I'm 21+4
