Hey there, has anyone else had anyone else had Ann episode of vertigo or spinning room? I was waking all night and every time I rolled over or changed position the room would spin, when I woke up this morning it was still bad, my husband had to help me to the toilet where I had pretty loose bowels and then I jumped in the shower and the only time I don't feel off balance and wierd is when I'm sitting in bed, if I stand or lie down I get the spins. Anyone else experience this?
