Have you ever taken antidepressants?

If so, what kind and how did it go?

I also took a few growing up and never had a good experience. Best thing I have found is spending a lot of time out side and smoking a bowl.

I took Citalopram for a few weeks but the side effects were so bad that i took myself off of them. Now i am on Sertraline and it works great for me.

I take a form of lexapro. I'm on 30mg right now and it's going good. I still have bad days just waiting to see if I need to up my dosage again👍

First I took Zoloft - it didn't work for me. Then I took Lexapro, which seemed to work for a little bit but then I was worse than before and I gained like 10 pounds. Now I'm taking Cymbalta and it's the best thing that's happened to me honestly. But it all depends on the kind of depression you have and your metabolism. My cousin takes Lexapro and it's wonderful for him.

It all depends on what you have. I'm not going to say mine because of me not wanting to explain my mental illness issues but I can say that I recommend not taking Prozac.

I took Prozac cuz I have depression and panic disorder so it helped with both. I went off of them though cuz they made me feel numb and I just didn't really care about much while I was in them. It just helped with the emotions and anxiety, I didn't really think rationally or clearly on them. That's why I don't take them now.

I got put on Fluoxetine. Let's just say that didn't last long and I was hugely affected by the side effects
