Approximate $10k to finish basement , Closing cost paid for by seller( $11k), and purchase price is 320k.
House 2- is a brand new construction, 3bd/3.5bath, 2300sqft, hardwood flooring, finished basement and the cost of upgrades costs $10k, they give you $5k to pay part of your $11k closing cost, and house purchase price is $335k.
