OK so I have tried clomid twice and got positive opk once then my OBGYN decided she couldn't do anything for me and had me go to a fertility clinic. I have PCOS and take metformin and the fertility specialist did an ultrasound and I have 17 cysts on my right ovary and 9 on my left but he said everything else looks good and he feels sure that some letrozole will do the trick but I'm already on cycle day 15 and no positive opk yet. Has anyone else had this happen while trying letrozole? I know the fertility specialist does this every day and he knows what he's talking about but after 15 months of trying and then my OBGYN basically washing her hands of me I'm little worried and stressed. Just wondering what anyone else had experienced using letrozole or clomid. Thanks!
