Er visit????

So my question is for the past two days I can't keep anything down including water, crackers nothing. I feel like I been hit in the gut. I'm between 6 to 7 weeks. I feel weak tired and dizzy. Do I need to go get look at and get iv fluids or anything. When I pee it's dark yellow. Pain in left side of adominal.

I listen to you wonderful ladys. I went I was dehydrated they gave me fluids reglan and benedryl for the nausea I feel so much better and more perky then I have felt for the past couple days. They didn't really do uktrasound since they said no bleeding or anything like that. I was hoping to see the baby to make things better but guess I'll just wait till the 28th. Thank you all!
