ovarian cyst?

Anyone else dealing with a pesky ovarian cyst? I went to the ER at 4wks 6d thinking I had a tubal that turned out to be an ovarian cyst on my right ovary. Due to the position of my ovary (slightly behind my uterus) the doctor said my uterus will continue to press on my ovary throughout pregnancy and cause some pain. I'm now 7 weeks and cannot wait for my next ultrasound in 2 weeks to see the heartbeat!

I called my OB office to run my symptoms by them. I had pain in my lower right abdomen toward my hip. Throbbing pain that was present for 2+ hours. The pain was radiating down to my groin and thigh. Accompanied with back pain 8/10. OB told me to go to the ER to be evaluated for Tubal because their office was closing soon. Aside from the ovarian cyst (1.6 cm) I had free fluid in my abdomen from ovarian hypersensitivity from the Clomid I used this cycle. I feel much better now but if I wear snug jeans I still get that same throbbing pain.
