Can my tubes be blocked?

I had chlamydia wasn't treated right away due to no symptoms. Had 1 case of possible PID hospital at the time said they doubt it did damage because I got treatment right away... what other ways can you get blocked tubes? I have a HSG in a few days. So scared. But honestly what are the chances??? I had a vaginal ultrasound year ago that looked good! I have PCOS. If I do have blocked tubes what could potentially be my options? I'm not rich at all.

I'm 30years old and I contracted a STI with my first sex partner at 16. And I just had a HSG feb 1st. I was initially scared thinking my tubes might be. Locked and scarred because I didn't know back then I had it until 3 months later. But GOD IS AWESOME! the doctor came in and stuck the catherter and dye and checked my tubes (wasn't painful at all) and she told me my uterus was normal shaped.. no scarring and both of my tubes are open! Just pray and I hope everything works out for you!

I had an HSG done 2 years ago. It was so freaking painful, as I had a blocked tube and some scarring. No STI's have ever been found, I'm likely in endometriosis camp. 
I did have some losses and an ectopic, but I also had a healthy pregnancy and now have a beautiful baby boy. So even if there is a blocked tube, it doesn't mean you can't get pregnant. 
As a side note, any ultrasounds wouldn't have picked up on the blockages or scarring, that's why the prefer the HSG. As my ultrasounds always looked great.
As for options, that depends on what they find. There will always be options.

I had a chlamydia infections a few years back no PID. Started ttc in July 2016 and had an HSG in January after 6 months of actively trying. Sure enough I have one blocked tube and one open. Blocked tubes can also be caused by scar tissue caused by endometriosis. Don't be scared, hopefully it'll give you some answers, and it's not painful!
