Do ab toner belts work? I'm excersing and dieting but due to health problems can't do my tummy area 😢 I'm not overly fat (pic below). How long if they do take to work?

You cant get abs unless you work your abdominal muscles hun. A belt can't do that. And btw, you're not fat AT ALL, you're skinny, not in a bad way.

Can u do alternate ab workouts? Like cardio works ur lower abs....weights on each side work ur love handles....can you do crunches? I believe certain versions of squats work you're upper abs. Also there's the c sit position. Look up there r tons of ab workouts that don't involve laying down and doing sit ups

What makes you think you're fat? Self esteem issues? Or have you been losing weight? Doctor say something?
Anyway--
It's good you work out. And if you can't do ab workouts, maybe the belt would be good to use? Not sure, never tried it.
