Clear Blue Advance Digital OPK?

I read the directions and it says to take after your longest sleep. But I've seen other people say you can take it like other opks (usually at 2pm, or so). Does anyone know what is best? I don't want to miss peak day! I took one yesterday morning and it shows high fertility.

I usually take mine in the afternoon or evening and I've never had any issues
