I'm pregnant 🤰🏻probably 3 to 4 weeks, the this last week I was feeling very exhausted 😩 and sleepy I didn't do anything in my house!! 2 days ago all the semptoms are gone! I only have some cramps and some sore brest! Is this happening to someone else? And the pregnancy is going well? I want to have simptoms, but I don't have any! At all 😧 please! Some tell me I'm not the only one
