first trimester blues?
That's an understatement. I am in week 10 and I'm so depressed. My anxiety decided that today, on one of the first beautiful sunny warm days this year, i was going to sit in the house. Sat on the couch all day, only getting up to use the bathroom and get junk food from the kitchen. I have read that showering, putting on clean clothes and moving your body to music daily can help with depression. I've tried to do all of that and I still feel awful. I can't believe I just wasted the whole day and now it's 10pm already. Having some bathroom issues too, which I'm assuming is because of my food choices today. Is anyone else experiencing this? I feel so sad and down for no reason that I know of at least.
