Baby won't nap

Anyone else dealing with this? My baby has never like napping or laying down to rest much but he seems to be resisting napping more and more. A couple of months ago, he would take 2 naps a day for at least an hour. More recently he would nap once a day for 3 hours. Now within the last couple of weeks, he refuses to nap at all. When I put him to bed he just screams until I pick him up. I'm not sure what to do. I've tried to establish a routine with him where I read him a story before nap, put on music and give him a bottle. Nothing seems to be working.
