So last Sunday he went paintballing with our cousins and he hurt his back. He's been walking crooked this whole week, and yesterday he was laying on the floor trying to straighten his back, and it got even worse. Today he was laying on the couch with a pillow underneath him to support his back a little, and when he tried to get up he yelled out in pain and started crying. He's been taking pain killers and Advil, but they don't do much. On Monday he's seeing a doctor, but Sunday he has to go to work (he's a truck driver). Any kind of way to relieve the pain?? It's his lower right back, right above his butt. Creams and massages don't work. We tried exercise but that didn't work out well either.
