45 and ttc for 7 months

Hi, I'm 45 and been ttc since last July since coming off the pillaf irregular but get one every month. Had three children with previous parter Eldest 18 and youngest 13, use clomid for first two. under gyno waiting for test for testing quality and production of egg if any, still having periods. So want another baby with my new partner of 3 years just got married before Christmas. I have been taking fertilaid and so has my partner for two months and just now started taking royal jelly and vitex and both of us maca. Has anyone had similar problems and fallen pregnant  by taking these product, any advice on taking a thing else appreciate,
