Will you let your young kids watch horror/scary/gore movies?

My parents tried when I was really young to shield me but once I got my own computer I was able to look up horror movies and watch them on my own. It didn't scar me, in fact, it made it to where I don't get nightmares anymore nor am I ever scared by movies.
What will/do you do?
