Red/swollen on baby's eyelid ?!

Has anyone's baby has had a red looking type rash on the eyelid . My baby is 7 weeks old and has had it the last 5 weeks or so .

Interested to know also. My 7 week old also has it on her right eyelid. It's not swollen, just a small red irritation. I thought it would be gone by now.

My nephew had this rash. Lasted a little over a month and went away on its own!
