Genetic testing

My husband and I just recently went and had all the tests done we have had 2 miscarriages and been trying to get pregnant for almost 17 months since our last miscarriage. The test results showed everything normal with me but his sperm count was low is it possible to get pregnant if this is the case? I was wondering if any of you went through the same thing and able to get pregnant?
