My beautiful baby boy Calvin was born Feb 14 ♡. I'm over the moon but it is now 5 days later and I still only have colostrum . I am having to supplement formula and give him what colostrum I have . He's eating 60ml of formula each feed and 20ml of colostrum each meal . He was a vaginal birth but there was complications when he born becuase his lungs got squished going down the canal so he had to be wisked away to Nicu right away. We didn't get that bonding time right away and becuase of that we are having trouble with breastfeeding. It is mostly with latching and staying latched without getting frantic becuase he wants it to flow more then it is. It's just hard 😣.
