Help please
My colostrum stopped coming, so I gotta go get some formula stuff... my question is do I get regular formula to supplement? Idk how long it's gunna take for my milk to come in.
I am pumping every two hours and nothing is coming out. I'm gunna keep pumping till hopefully my milk comes out but till then I have to supplement but idk what to get.
