BFN turning into BFP

I am 8days late. I have been TTC for 6 months with my husband. Symptoms I am experiencing right now are: enlarged breast, darken aureoles,ild cramping, and increase mucus. I was wondering how long it took some people to see a BFP on a HPT. I'm going for a blood test next week but I would love to hear how long it might take so that there may still be hope.
