I am about 99% sure I have a uti or yeast infection I have burning while I pee and pain during intercourse and itching but I've never had one so I'm not sure what to do and I'm also 13 weeks pregnant.  Should I do go to the doctor and have it confirmed or just go and buy the cream you're supposed to use. My next prenatal appointment isn't for another 2 weeks and I don't know if I can wait that long and not do anything.
