I took a long walk yesterday which I normally don't do, and I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it but ever since then my lower leg aches and on the inside part of my lower leg from my knee to my ankle it burns anytime something touches it, clothing, etc like a giant brush burn. My knee aches like it needs to crack. There's no lumps, redness, discoloration bruises nothing. I took a Tylenol but it made me pass out and fall asleep before it did anything for the pain. I really don't want to go to ER if not nessesary. Anyone have this?
