Hi all. I'm 31w + a few days (due April 21st). I went in for my normal prenatal visit and I told my midwife that I've been experiencing very severe itchiness all over my body. I was sent in for blood work immediately on Tuesday to check my bile salt levels and other potential liver problems and I received the call back today that I have cholestasis and that I had to go into labor and delivery to have a non stress test done. I have to begin going to a new doctor twice a week for blood work and ultrasounds to make sure that my levels don't get worse or my baby is at risk. They are saying I will have to be induced likely by week 37, but it could be sooner and I'm a little worried. I was planning on giving birth naturally at the midwife birthing center too and I can't do that anymore 🙁 prayers please that everything turns out ok.

Has anyone else been diagnosed with this too or know someone else who has?
