What is it like going to college/university? I'm in grade 11 right now and I've been thinking about colleges or if I take some extra courses university and I wanted to know how it was like for you guys 😊

I loved it! Schoolwork sucked but it always will! I made so many friends and great memories that I will cherish the rest of my life. And the degree at the end made it all worth the crappy stuff!

I'm 30, a mother, I work full time and I just had back surgery. Ive made deans list every semester so far i love school, just keep your goals in mind and know that there's a light at the end of the tunnel. I'm also a very shy person but I still managed to make some friends. It was scary at first now I love going to class. Also choose your schedule wisely don't over do it and don't stress over one bad grade. I go in with the mind frame when it's all over a c nurse can be just as good as a straight a nurse.

Everyone's experiences are different, depending on your major, personality, life outside of school, etc.

I was a nursing major so I really didn't have much time for fun or other things. I also worked very hard to earn money. The first three years I lived at home. So I would say it was an okay experience, it was a lot of hard work and stress. I did make friends, which was probably the only good thing 😂 but I didn't make friends that partied because I didn't have time for that.

I voted okay. It was mostly my fault wanting to plan a wedding and start a family all on top of trying to go to college. My husband is in the military so once our baby gets here I'll try going again but I feel like if those aren't your plans until after college, you'd have a great experience. A lot of my friends who stuck with it and went far away ended up transferring to colleges closer to home because the hated going back and forth between holidays and never regularly seeing family so take that into consideration too!

I voted bad, mostly because I went to school full time, with full time, was planning my wedding and had tons of crap going on. I was way over stressed and took on too much at one time that I shouldn't have. I failed a couple classes and almost failed a couple others. I only attended for 1 year and dropped after my husband and I decided to start a family. I'm going to return to school in a couple years though.
