sharp pains that take my breath away

Got sick lastnight like I was going to throw up and felt really lightheaded. Then today at the market as I was walking kept having sharp pains at my cervix and felr like my water was going to break any second and my baby was going to fly out of me. As I continued to shop I kept getting the sharp pains, felt very different from anything else... are these signs of possible labor soon? I still have four more weeks to go.
