Make up help ?

Ok so i have a problem with the part of ny upper lip not the actual lip but like the "mustache" part I guess if that makes sense. Every time i put my foundation on that part shows like green kind of . or dark idk how to explain almost like the foundation just doesn't cover up on there . i know there is color correctors but idk which color to use . i hope this makes sense.
