Nausea !!! Help!!! Prenatal's??

So I'm 8dpo and I started taking nature made prenatals since Tuesday when they came in finally from Amazon .. But ever since Tuesday I've been getting random little nausea moments here and there and today's is the worst it's been lasting on and off all day .. Could it be the prenatals ??? Please help any advice would be sooooo helpful .. Oh and I took a preg test on Wednesday 5/15 was a BFN .. But I thought I saw a faint line hubby said no!!!! Help ladies
