what's wrong with my skin?!

Does any one know why my skin is breaking out in this weird rashly Pimple bump things!? Dry skin? Not showering enough?

Mmmm could be something that your eating ? I know when I eat chocolate or peanut butter I break out really bad for a week then it goes away. 
Wash your sheets and use a different towel everytime you shower

Does it itch at all? If it does, then maybe it could be eczema. I have it myself. Do you have sensitive skin as well, too?

Have you started a new skin care item? New body wash, soap, shampoo/conditioner...etc.

I have this too but it only started when I got pregnant. I use an exfoliater mit and it seems to help.
