Were you nervous about finding a heartbeat at your 1st ultrasound?

I feel positive my baby will be just fine, but part of me just feels nervous about going in and there just being a chance that it doesn't have one. I think it has to do with my emotions being all over the place. 😂

Literally every appointment I'm anxious if it takes even like 3 seconds too long to find the heartbeat. Just mom worries. It's ok to feel that way and I think it's pretty normal.

I still haven't heard it and I am now 12+4. Baby was moving around a lot at my last appointment, so there's obviously a heartbeat, but I've been dying to hear it! Don't have another appointment until 16+4! 🙈

I feel like that now 😩 I have my first prenatal appt in 3 days and I'll be having a transvaginal ultrasound and I'm so nervous and scared I just hope my baby is ok and I can hear the heartbeat

I'm nervous at every ultrasound! That heartbeat means everything. This is our rainbow baby afte two MC. I'm now 12.3 and so excited to meet our baby girl.

Yes, every single time. And then after each doctors visit my nerves are calmed for approximately 3 days - then I go BACK into worry-mode.

I had a miscarriage eight months ago and never heard the heartbeat. I'm currently 15+4 with a healthy baby. The fear never goes away. But honestly it makes hearing and seeing the baby even more exciting because it's a breath of relief. I'm sure your baby will be fine! Good luck and HH9!

Yes! Today is my 3rd ultrasound. My dates were off so at the first ultrasound we saw little to nothing other then I had ovulated out of my left side, my lining was thick and we thought we might have seen a very small gestational sac. Went in 2 weeks later, last Monday and the baby, fetal pole measured at 5 weeks 5 days. I am hoping that the baby measured at 6 weeks and 6 days or more today!... I am also hoping to at least see if not hear the heart beat!... I was told a week ago Friday to prepair to loss my baby so I am hoping everything is perfectly fine!... My ultrasound is in an hour and 25 minutes...
