Does this app show how fertile am at certain times?

I have a feeling i could be pregnant but its hard to explain. I need help!

The days that have red around them are when you're fertile and if you click on the day it tells you the % of getting pregnant that day

On the calendar there are two types of highlighted days. One is period, that you have to set. The other is fertility, calculated  based on when your period started, and if you select the option trying to conceive, you can try to be more specific by taking ovulation tests and you basal body temp and logging those each day. Based on the results, you fertile window is adjusted in the app. At least that is my experience with this app. I don't recommend just basing it off the period start day estimates. We had an oops last year (we would have loved him or her, but I miscarried).
