Workout tips for beginners.
Hey everyone,
I'm wanting to start working out and I don't know where to start. I'm not comfortable yet to go to the gym. I am 5'4 (on a good day) and about 250, I carry most my weight in my midsection and thighs. Please any ideas I can maybe do at home or around the neighborhood. I have started drinking a lot of water, I don't drink sodas,but sweet tea is my weakness lol. I don't eat super unhealthy, but not healthy either lol. Thanks for the help everyone!!
