Would you stop a family member who died from donating organs?

I don't know what it's like in other countries, but in America, you can sign up to be an organ donor, and it's listed on your license.
I signed up to be one when I got my license two years ago, but recently found out that if I were to die, my father would override my choice and not let me donate organs.
This pisses me off greatly, as I have absolutely no use for them if I am dead, and would much rather save someone else than let them rot.

My question is: if your spouse or child(ren) died after making the choice to be an organ donor, would you override that choice? Or would you let them donate?
