41 days since last period 4 negative tests

Hi my last period was 10th January, lasted 8 days and my cycle can be from 28-31 days. This time was 31. I feel so tired, nipples are tender, slight cramping and today I feel dizzy. How long should I wait until I go to the docs. Has anyone else had this. ❤️
