I had sex with my boyfriend on day 15 of my cycle. We do the pull out method. He mistakely let the first squirt of sperm come out while he was inside of me. What are my chances of falling pregnant? We have been using the pull out method for 2 years with no problems.

Chances are pretty high if you use no means of birth control. The "pull out" method is not birth control. Nor is it very reliable even without incident such as yours. During sex sperm can be secreated through pre cum. I strongly suggest if not already and you do not want to become pregnant to use a reliable form of birth control.

There's a pretty damn good chance.  By the way, this is an excellent example of why the pullout method shouldn't be considered a birth control method.  If you're going to continue to use it, at least use spermacide too.
