we might be pregnant

I've been spotting an cramping for 3days now. My cycles was earlier in the month an not expected to come till the second week march. It's doesn't burn when I pee  just light spotting an on of cramping on both sides now. Saturday night it was just the left side. Sunday morning when I work up  it was both. I know some ladies can feel implantation of the egg. I didn't feel it with my first child. This would be my second in 7 years!!!! Thought?
