I realize there are a lot of posts with a similar topic, but I'm still confused. I had an early, natural miscarriage that began on Jan 12 and ended Jan 17.  My HcG levels were 0 around Jan 23. With that said, I still haven't gotten my next period. I've taken 5 tests, all negative. Is this something I should be concerned about? I have read for D&Cs or later miscarriages that it could take weeks to get back in track, but I miscarried at 5w3d. Anyone have any insight?
