weight gain
So I'm starting my journey of gaining weight and exercising. I really want to start seeing progress and be a better me. Any suggestions on where to start? I been reading and I've seen a lot of ensure, apetimin, boost, protein powder and carnation drinks, . Any of you have opinions or reviews on that? And also is it worth a gym membership or investing in small things at home like resistance bands or weights. Because to gain weight and muscle I need to be lifting most of the time, so I'm not exactly sure. Any gym favorites you guys may have? I'm so excited to start.
